Kale, Carrot and Apple low histamine smoothie
Ingredients
- 7 fl oz water
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
Instructions
Remove kale stems and chop.
Slice the apples, carrots and ginger into blender friendly pieces.
Place ingredients into the blender starting with kale, then carrots, then apple, ginger and then water.
Puree until smooth, about a minute or so.
