This recipe is very simple, almost too simple to publish but I figured some people would enjoy a basic low histamine pizza which tastes like margherita. Using nomato sauce and a gluten free pizza dough you can create a lot of different low histamine pizza, which is really comforting when you feel too restricted on a low histamine diet.

Zucchinis are low histamine so you can pretty much adapt all kinds of classic zucchini recipes to make them low histamine. In this recipe, I turned a classic stuffed zucchinis with tomato sauce recipe into a low histamine nomato sauce stuffed zucchinis. I used beef as meat, but you can also make this recipe with lamb.

I love casseroles, they’re perfect in winter or as comfy food. Celery root may seem intimidating at first (how do you peel it and cut it ? Kind of an odd shape/ugly duckling) but it tastes really good in this recipe. Here is France, one celery root is often quite big, you can make more than one dish with it. If you have celery leftovers, you can freeze it. Feel free to also freeze the casserole if necessary.
Disclaimer : fish is usually not recommended for a low histamine diet. However, white fish such as cod is low in histamine when consumed fresh. I know it’s not easy to know how fresh the fish is when you buy it at the store. Go to a grocery store and ask the fish manager the day they receive their fish. This way you can buy it on this day and eat it when it’s as fresh as possible.
